GADZY operates as an online marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned electronic devices in the United Arab Emirates. Our platform connects sellers with buyers, facilitating secure and transparent transactions.

By using GADZY's Services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Will provide accurate and truthful information

GADZY provides the following services:

• Device valuation and instant quote generation
• Facilitation of device sales and purchases
• Device inspection and quality assessment
• Secure payment processing
• Device data wiping and security services
• Customer support and assistance

As a user of GADZY, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the devices you're selling
• Back up your data before sending devices to GADZY
• Remove all personal data, accounts, and passwords from devices
• Disable Find My iPhone, Google Account, or similar security features
• Ensure you have the legal right to sell the device
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Comply with all applicable import/export laws

5.1 Quote Validity: All quotes provided are valid for 7 days from the date of generation. Prices are subject to device condition verification.

5.2 Payment Processing: Upon successful inspection and acceptance of your device, payment will be processed within 24 hours via bank transfer to your designated account.

5.3 Price Adjustments: If the device condition differs from your description, GADZY reserves the right to adjust the quoted price. You will be notified of any changes and can choose to accept or decline the revised offer.

5.4 Currency: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

All devices submitted to GADZY undergo thorough inspection including:

• Physical condition assessment
• Functional testing of all features
• Verification of model and specifications
• IMEI/Serial number verification
• Check for water damage or unauthorized repairs
• Activation lock and iCloud status verification

GADZY reserves the right to reject devices that are stolen, blacklisted, or have undisclosed damage.

GADZY takes data security seriously:

• All devices undergo professional data wiping following industry standards
• We perform multiple passes to ensure complete data erasure
• Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy
• We do not access, store, or retrieve your personal data from devices

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GADZY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost items (when using third-party carriers)
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our Services
• We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

All content on GADZY's platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GADZY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Create derivative works based on our Services

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10.2 Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our customer service team to seek resolution.

10.3 Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

GADZY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
